Meditation and Slumber Room
Meditate or de-stress with a variety of talks in our Meditation Room.
You are welcome to use this room to sit quietly or meditate at any time when the room is not in use for talks. The Slumber Lounge offers tranquil space to reflect or relax in comfort with added complimentary vibrating couches. The Slumber Lounge leads onto the Italian Roof Garden, a place to sit or walk taking in the fresh air.
Garden Room and Slumber Lounge
The garden room is the ideal place to read a newspaper and relax whilst looking over the formal gardens and woodlands. The slumber lounge is a perfect place to meet up totally relax with friends for that quiet chat. In the slumber lounge you will find our fantastic massage chairs. The chairs are complimentary and you may use them as many times as you please. This experience is well worth it for total relaxation. The chair massages your body all over in different positions and at different strengths.
