Our Schedulers and Spa Reception Staff are here to help and advise you on treatments at all times. Please when making your treatment booking do explain your personal goals and treatment wishes. We in turn look forward to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We promise you an amazing variety of relaxation, Holistic beauty and fitness opportunities.

We ask that your treatment requirement be made well in advance of your stay (please do this as early as you can after your initial booking) but no later than fourteen days prior to your arrival. We do try to accommodate the treatment you request, but we may not always be able to help you at short notice.

Slumber Lounge & Boutique

Our Post Treatment And Relaxation Room
After any of your treatments, or at any other time, please use this room to relax as much as you like. This large room is situated beyond the Boutique and can be accessed through the Product Shop and Boutique or by using the corridor beyond the Product Shop. We politely ask that you are quiet, keeping this room peaceful and tranquil. Many people like to use this room to relax and snooze on the chairs and sofas provided. Water is available in the room, or you may wish to take a tea or coffee in with you from the Oasis as you pass through. If you wish to chat with friends, please use the Oasis coffee lounge or Sun terrace Lounge which is situated near Hairdressing.

No high street rush. Relax and shop at your leisure in our Boutique. Leisure, casual and smart wear. Trainers, handbags, purses, jewellery and scarves.

Sun Centre

Our sun centre can be used by most people to achieve a tan. Timed to suit your skin type, our fast tanning vertical units can also be used to prepare your skin before holidays in the sun. View Sun Centre

Our Double Treatment Room (Limited Availability)

Pampered Mummy

When you are pregnant or have recently given birth you are a little limited with treatments and with the use of some of our facilities. Our advice is always given with care to you and your baby. With this in mind we have created two special treatments at a reduced price, just for you. ViewPampered Mummy

Types of treatment, packages or prices may sometimes be changed or varied at our discretion, without prior notice.
If you have been ill or have received medical treatment from your doctor or hospital within the last six months, please consult with your own doctor before booking any additional treatments (we may require approval by letter from your doctor with regard to certain medical conditions). Should you have any debility or unusual medical or dietary requirements, we advise you to check with Spa Management prior to your arrival. Some products do contain nuts. If you have a nut or other allergy, please speak to the Nurse before booking treatments.
Our Therapists work to a tight schedule. Your help would be appreciated by arriving on time for all treatments.
Inclusive package treatments are non-refundable.
All treatments are subject to availability. Treatment times may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed until arrival
