And at Hoar Cross Hall, you’re in luck…as we provide lots of benefits for our employees.

But before we get on to those, what do you need to be able to access those benefits?

First off, we’re looking for a beauty therapist to join our spa team and provide our clients with healthy glow and dewy skin.

The role is open to experienced spa professionals and those who’ve just finished college, as we’re looking for both NVQ Level 2 and 3 therapists for full time and part time work, and on a casual basis.

You’ll be expected to deliver a high level of customer care, but – don’t worry – you don’t need to be clued up on every beauty product, as we offer full training for up to 6 product houses; Elemis, Jessica, La Sultane de Saba, Spa Find, Little Butterfly and Jennifer Young.

But now, let’s get back to those benefits…

On a basic level your wage will start between £8.95 and £10.95, and increases based on experience, performance, and completion of training. There’s also excellent progression opportunities available…so you could be a senior therapist or in a supervisory role in the near future – provided you demonstrate the right capabilities, of course. We also offer commission rates on products sales, with a quarterly bonus of up to £400 if you hit your targets, while providing you with a uniform too.

So, what are the immediate perks you can enjoy?

    • Full use of spa facilities – helping to ensure your skin glows
    • Complimentary gym membership – healthy body, healthy mind…and all for free!
    • Friends and family discount – if you’re not already, you’ll suddenly become very popular
    • A simply spa day every year – who doesn’t like a spa day, after all?
    • Free hot lunches every day – saves a fortune on shopping…
    • Free parking – helps for a stress-free arrival

The slightly more serious ones, that generally come to the fore later in life, but ones you’ll eventually find really beneficial:

    • Health insurance
    • Company pension scheme
    • Childcare vouchers

So, there you have it, the job has plenty of perks, which, even if we do say so ourselves, goes above and beyond most jobs out there. And if you like that the look of it? Well then, get in touch…
