    Scottish smoked salmon rose, hot smoked salmon pate, toasts, mixed leaves, lemon infused rapeseed oil

    Roast beef, haggis, neeps and tatties

    Slow cooked striploin of beef, horseradish potato puree, neeps puree, haggis bon-bon, vegetables, ‘hot toddy’ jus

    Background on the band :

    The Manchester Ceilidh Trio

    The band is made up of a Caller/Drums, Fiddle & Piano. As one of only a handful of professional Scottish Ceilidh bands, the members are young and extremely talented musicians.  The band members trained at the Royal Northern College of Music, and each member has performed with a variety of artists and leading UK orchestras ranging from indie-folk band Belle and Sebastian to singing sensation Andrea Bocelli.
