Mini Fitness Profile
30 min / £34
Includes blood pressure, resting heart rate, height and weight (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio, body fat percentage and VO2 cycle tests.
Full Fitness Profile
60 min / £55
Includes everything in the Mini Fitness Profile, plus lung function, grip strength, muscular endurance (sit-ups) and flexibility tests.
Personal Training Session
At Hoar Cross Hall, we have a team of Personal Trainers who specialise in a number of different fields ranging from strength and conditioning, VO2 max training, plyometric, exercise for fat burning/weight loss to hypertrophy and much more.
All sessions are tailored to the client, we establish your main goals in an initial consultation as well as discuss any previous medical history.
